Loved John so much, he was LEGEND entertainment, but I do feel he was right to bow out gracefully, it is ultimately a DANCE competition and I just feel that even though he WOULD have won it, it would be a shame to deny that accolade to someone like Tom or Rachel. PS RACHELS FOXTROT!!!! OMG! it was like watching them dance on ICE without skates with all the control you could possibly imagine... Thank You BBC for simply the very best show on Television without doubt.

I'm glad he's off the show so the real dancers can compete, however, the man is a class act and will be missed. This goes to show you... personality and attitude can bring you a long way.

I use to like to watch John dance as he was so funny to watch and was entertaining to watch. Bring back John I say and hope to find an online bring back John sergeant petition to sign as I am sure many will sign it and John will feel that he has to come back next week saturday as he a legend and should be on the show still.

If you did vote for him, make sure you contact the BBC to complain and demand a refund for the price of your wasted call. The judges fees are funded by the licence payer too, as are all the professional dancers. Don't forget...it's meant to be about entertainment.

I'm really sad to see John & Christina go. John is a real gentleman. I don't really watch this show until John came along. Disappointed in the Judges for putting him down. This is not a world competition, its just entertainment. If the public want to see him win so be it. All the best John and Christina. I wont be watching this show now thats for sure :-(
