Do you need a license for the short course? Also 10k is absolutely absurd. You should contact my people at STF Tuning. They did my manual swap for no where even remotely close to that and I did a V160 swap! If you decide to reach out to them. Talk to Danny and tell him Keenan sent you. He'll take care of you.

The main course at Fuji Speedway requires you to have a FISCO license, but they allow you to bring a translator iirc. If I understand everything correctly, short course / drift course / gymkhana course require a Japanese drivers license, the proper safety equipment, and you need to fill out a page or two worth of paperwork when you sign up to any event + the event fee cost. Being able to understand directions in Japanese / have a translator would help a lot. As for the 34 manual swap, with how the current market is, R33 / R34 5 speed transmission parts alone can easily cost ４０万ー５０万円. With a nice clutch + labor expenses it's still too expensive for what I can afford at this moment in time.
