Goodbye, The Magicians.

So here we are. I haven't slept all night finishing s5 and this edit because I feel awful about my fav show ever being ended. I'm glad we had a chance to watch the ending even tho it wasn't perfect.
I feel pretty empty because this series means so much to me and I think it became special for everyone after all this time so we all have different reasons to love it and that's not really the point. I'm proud to be a part of such an amazing fandom with all awesome fans and incredible cast that made this journey so special.

Just a reminder she casted a spell on mentally unstable and depressed Q which put him into a hospital which felt too real and could literally break him completely if Penny didn’t show up, and yet back then she had her shade and was supposed to be his friend.

Thank you! It's so sad to let go all these characters who evolved with us after all this time but I think it's good that we have so many different emotions and it's not just sadness or happiness or disappointment but everything at once, it means that this show left something important inside of us (haha sounds weird)

Late to this video, but that is the part that got me as well. Especially the characters that you don't see smiling a lot in the actual show, like Kady, or Penny or Julia. When they do smile, it really makes you feel it - which makes the smile that much better and brighter and more emotional! After watching this, I think I have to rewatch the entire series again!

The final made me remember the first time i saw the pilot, years ago, and thought just after a few seconds of the episode:"i'm gonna like this show" I re-watch the serie a few months ago and well this is such and amazing but underestimated journey . Thanks for the tribute!

I remember when they announced that they were going to do the show. I was so excited right out the gate. The show grew so much, the cast is so lovely and this is a beautiful tribute. I put off watching the final episode for about a year to try and preserve the magic, even though it wasn't super sad i still fully cried my eyes out.

This is such a great tribute! I'm glad the ending was hopeful, and I think your song choice reflects that beautifully. Despite all of the terrible things each character went through, they grew stronger and evolved and became better people over the course of 5 seasons. I'm sad to let this show go but in my heart I know these characters will continue to go on their quests. Thanks for making this, and I love your description too. We all have different reasons to love the show, and it might not have been perfect, but it was special.

мне кажется суть того, что Элиот остался в Брейк Биллс в том, что он единственный всей душой его любил. Всё время сериала для него было ношей - правление. И Филлори он никогда особо не любил. После всего пережитого ему бы явно захотелось отдохнуть, стабильности и хотя бы какого-то мнимого спокойствия в стенах места, которое он любит. Единственное, что его именно РАЗДЕЛИЛИ с друзьями. Согласна. Но уверена они нашли бы контакт чертовски быстро, с помощью тех же кроликов. И ему бы сообщили, что «Привет Эл, мы живы, разбираемся с тем как играть в гребанный Сим Сити». А он бы смог остаться в Брейк Биллс без приключений, потому что «Ну простите я преподаю».

Почти никогда не пишу комментарии, но в этот раз сдержаться не смогла. Столько эмоций! Это чудесно! Такое тёплое, грустно-радостное прощание с сериалом. Ваша работа заставила меня полюбить каждого персонажа снова. И от того теперь сердечко щемит, потому что их история закончилась. Спасибо за такую теплую вещь. А еще, спасибо за то, что уделили внимание и Джошу. Виддеры, зачастую, несправедливо обходят его стороной. Так что, сердечно благодарна за то, что мой любимый персонаж и мой любимый пейринг, сколь бы те ни были непопулярны, мелькнули тут и там. А вообще, сие прекрасно. God.....2:36-2:45 just filled my heart with so much light, love and pride. I will ALWAYS be UNBELIEVABLY proud of Eliot and the growth he had during these five beautiful years. Also, I LOVE that you included his line at 00:19. Because when he said that, it made me so ridiculously happy. Because, through everything....that sentiment has ALWAYS remained true. Regardless of his love life, his royal status, WHATEVER....he was ALWAYS there for his friends. And they were ALWAYS there for him. The people he surrounded himself with made him a better person. Someone Q gave his life for. Someone who Q is no doubt RIDICULOUSLY proud of. The thing that hurts me the most about the show ending is that I won't get to see Eliot's story continue. All I have is those five years. But I'm so incredibly grateful for them. They brought these people into my life. And all I can do now is look back....and smile. Thank you for this beautiful tribute. It was everything.
