Hiya! I’m a Malaysian living in Japan and understand the perks of living in Malaysia and Japan. For the past 7 years I’ve lived in Tokyo, Himeji, Toyohashi, Oita, and currently Osaka. Honestly my place in Osaka is too small and too expensive 😂 You have a chance to move to many places in Malaysia. You’ve finished your time in the city. Time to explore the suburbs. You’re not moving to the kampung area (田舎) I assume. You should be fine. I noticed you don’t have a lot of Malay friends. You should try making some. Your house party looked boring in comparison without some hardcore malays to help with the cooking. Out term of ‘party’ is more to having big feasts cuz we don’t drink alcohol. Also, it’s durian season now. You MUST try some high quality durian!! Hope you enjoy your new place! もっとマレーシアを日本人に紹介してください‼️

From the Japanese perspective, 2500RM is too cheap for this property considering the location, number of floors, floor area, and furniture. I think the price will be more than three times higher in a metropolitan area in Japan.
