How nice! Thanks for sharing Malin - you look great in that blouse :) I also enjoy the same foods you mentioned but I use a lot more lime than lemon. I tend to cook more Mexican inspired dishes and lime is used more often in those. I do agree with you that a little bit of acid really brings out the flavours of foods. Try squeezing a bit of fresh lime or lemon over some cut up fruits! Delicious!

Beautiful pictures as always!! One way I like to eat beetroot is to not cook it - just grate it raw together with a little bit of carrot and esp. green (sour) apple (like granny smith for example). Some salt and pepper, maybe walnuts. Really nice and fresh...

Oats are life! These are all such great staples. Thanks for sharing the info too - for example, tbh I may go wild with the tahini sometimes. It’s a good reminder to keep everything in balance. This also reminded me to buy flaxseed - I’m down to my last tbsp here 🤣🤦🏾. And I’m excited for a celeriac recipe! I’ve never tried it before.

I agree with the list, I have it that way to, I would just add potatoes and fermented vegetables (or something like kimchi) but it is probably because it is part of the local czech cuisine - I love potato pancakes stuffed with smoked tempeh/tofu/chickpeas roasted with onion and sauerkraut for example, we call it "bramborák" and it's typical hangover cure :D :D (and cheap dinner for everyday when you don't know what to cook) :) thank you for next super tips and informations!

That blouse looks absolutely gorgeous on you! Where did you get it? I eat oats, cacao, soy milk and nut butters every day. I also make some sort of bean dip for sandwiches and I love a tofu dish every week. Before going vegan I didn't particularly like veggies. Crazy how my preferences have changed. I love celeriac! Would love to see a video with "forgotten veggies" and how to use them, such as scorzonera, duckweed, savoy cabbage, etc! Great video as always Malin! X

Hi.....i just saw a video where Chef Jana is using something she calls "banana biomass"...i think she says it's common in Brazil, where she lives, and it can be some sort of substitute for eggs and adding moisture and maybe creaminess ...i halfway listened to her video twice, but i can't remember what else she said, but it looks worthwhile experimenting with.....You just need to steam green bananas....She does it in the skins, but maybe you could do it without....She always tries to think of things that would substitute for her husbands meat, dairy and seafood addiction, so she's got a lot of that kind of stuff...She makes different vegan cheeses that look pretty good....She's wonderful, but the music in her videos is not quite as calming as in yours....i'm wondering where you get your music, the music in this video in particular...?....Thank you for all your videos, and here's the link for the banana biomass....kzbin.info/www/bejne/qpqqYq2unaeSZsk

@GoodEatings3 жыл бұрын
@JoyfulLivingLinda3 жыл бұрын
@@GoodEatings Det är skönt att höra att du mår fint och gör det. Linfrön är ju så fantastiska så jag ska nog gräva lite mer i det här så jag kan känna mig säker.

Hello! Just wanted to say that chocolate is really nice, but also a highly problematic ingredient since it wastes incredible amounts of water and 70 percent of cocoa comes from African regions where people are still treated in slave like conditions. Certificates such as fair trade, bean to bar or naturland can ensure better conditions, but there are no proper regulations when it comes to the mixing of chocolate qualities similar to cotton standards so that more cruel sourced cacao can get into higher quality chocolate and vice versa .
