As lovely as ever, this video is helping me embrace the Fall weather that is just beginning here in California. I am about to move and I so look forward to setting up my kitchen to serve my chosen way of life. I think your idea about meal prepping that lentil salad is a great one. I am hoping one of my California contemporaries will comment below on a good soy mince option, that’s faux (vegan) ground beef to my American compatriots. I also love that you added the cabbage to that dish, it looks so warm and comforting. I do not yet own a beautiful Dutch oven but it is on the short list...trying to pick a color is hard when they are so pricey!
@GoodEatings4 жыл бұрын
Sounds like your nice is going to offer some lovely new opportunities 😊 It's very hard to choose a Dutch oven colour for sure, they really are an investment. We inherited ours so didn't choose the colour actually. If live a green one from Staub as my next big kitchen investment. Also for mince in the US I hear Beyond Meat is meant to be good 😊

Great video Malin and recipes that will keep us warm and cosy now that we're in the Autumn & Winter season. Keep safe and well and unfortunately Sweden is no longer on the travel corridor list for England(at present they are in lock down but it will be back to a 3 tier system after the 2nd December and the safe travel list will apply then) but I don't know if it applies to Scotland as well.

Hello from 🌞 Florida! I love all your beautiful meals! I’m inspired to make these! May I ask..what kind of oil do you use to sauté the cabbage?
@GoodEatings4 жыл бұрын
Hi there all the way to Florida 😊 I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! I use rapeseed usually to sauté which is also called canola oil. I think this is not a very popular oil in the US if I'm not mistaken due to the GMOs. You can use (not toasted) sesame oil is you prefer or any other oil that can handle a higher heat. 🤗

How long did it take to prepare the pumpkin/gresskar? I've no idea how the rest of the video turned out as it was interrupted by KZbin's pandemic exploitation advertising bombardment campaign. Completley ruined the koselig stemning of fairy lights, late winter/early afternoon light, and a long purring kos with the feline. Most defintely need a cup of tea! The salad looked beautiful under Rob's exceptional filming talent. I will see you on Instagram! Hej do og ha det bra!
@unwillingtodisclose4 жыл бұрын
PS Just to be clear: There is no ad blocker within the KZbin app. There is no watching a video in the browser without signing into google, or barring that, having the video held hostage by unreasonable cookie placement demands, all of which I reject.
