Im having this problem right now, but the sensors arent clicking when i press them

Disconnect the sensors and try, if they click you have something else going on that won't let you reset them!!!!!

Beforr resetting does the unit and thermostat need to be off?

I had the same issue with a Amana 80% old as F it ended up being the motherboard this was the second I advised the customer given the age of the unit recommend replacing the whole unit but she went with the motherboard LOL some people
