It definitely can affect epileptics, it's just very rare. About 3% of epileptics are photosensitive, meaning sensitive to certain frequencies of patterns of light. More commonly people are just photosensitive and not epileptic, like me. All sorts of conditions can be worsened or brought on suddenly by something like a flashing light.. I've fainted from a strobe light, but more commonly it just triggers a migraine or nausea/dizziness. Luckily it was nothing too intense in this video, but yea, thanks for the warning (even if I missed it, haha!)
