I think vamia does but I encourage you apply to the two. if riveria don't. also do your duolingo. attach both . maybe separately. but see if any where you can upload additional docs or you can put your IELTS with your WEAC as one PDF. then also attach duolingo. please your motivation letter and motivation video(respectively the two colleges)please work on that.
