@@GoodOptometryMorning I am fr Malaysia. The total cost is about MYR2000. Our minimum wages here is MYR17000 considering expensive for ordinary folks. We also have our local government hospital which will only cost a fraction and the waiting time can be as long as a year. Insurance paid close to 95%.

Will the residue that is blowing around due to the laser, will it cause floaters?

yes that is why you may notice some increased floaters for a time. but they will settle down with gravity

My vision is little bit blurry again after 10 days of cataract surgery, tomorrow insha Allah i want to see the DR for possibly YAG Laser,

I've read this procedure costs about $1500 per eye and is not covered by insurance. Also suspect where I got my cataract surgery, they'd go the whole nine yards with fasting, iv and drugs, etc. In other words, hope I never need this because nothing is ever as simple as we hoped it would be.

Yag for floaters is NOT covered by insurance, but YAG after cataract usually is. Have to explain it to the insurance company.

I hope I never need this. Anything with eyes terrifies me. My eyes are still dry 5 months after cataract surgery. Ughhh. 🤠💕
