Had/might still have a terrible UTI, and a week-ish later, my left kidney started hurting. Like a throbbing pain every 10 seconds that got more intense throughout the night until I took ibuprofen. This was a few days ago, it’s still hurting. What’s worse is I’m not even in my country back at home, and I don’t feel like I have enough people around me who care enough. I feel so empty. UTI , usually come back after 1 to 2 weeks, or pain is constant despite ABX. Have your Dr. Check for ABX resistance. That will get rid of UTI. Also with ABX you need to drink Probiotics during and after the infection for about a week to replenish what you have lost. Drinking water by wt also helps that way you only drink what your body needs. Ex. For 165 lbs. Need to drink 88 oz. Of water daily.
