Listened to this yesterday. Was very constipated and I have, since many years problems with low energy depression and sleeplessness etc. I found it very calming and soothing to listen to this and started to feel 'energized' in my solarplexus and abdomen area, where I often feel the opposite. Today I finally had my stools (first time in 5 days) and I feel a lot better. I also think I have figured out what has been blocking my energy for many years. I have a lot of resistance to a lot of things to be short. I've been feeling a weird sensation on the right side of my body for a couple of days, I don't know what it is.
