Love the first condo, for space that does me.....question which i have looked but not come across and answers.....if you where to purchase any property and its just you, no kids or anyone to leave it too, and you pass away what happens to the property (purchased) if rented no probs cat & dog shelter get whats left....cheers gents

Thanks mate, from what I know if you don’t leave the property to someone in your will the building management would probably sell it due to unpaid body corporate/maintenance fees but that’s just a guess

The first villa checked many of my boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, I believe. I like how you can view the pool from the master bedroom. Moreover, the waterfall is a cool concept. Too bad, I am moving to Hua Hin.

As I asked before is buying a villa a good idea with the crack down on nominee companys you spend all that money and lose it ontop oh have legal problems with immingration and end up money out of pocket ang kicked out of country

Hi Ben, I haven’t heard of any cases like this in over 18 months and when I interviewed a lawyer with Rachel he said you are protected under Thai law with company ownership, naturally people need to seek independent legal advice, I have met many foreigners here that have bought houses and lived here for a long time with no issues, personally though I just rent because I don’t have the money to buy and like the freedom to move around 👍👍👍

@@goodvibespattayaI think your idea on renting is best freedom to move around not being tied down and cost effective I have heard that there are alot of problems with the nominee companys in phket just now the police have raided some law offices seized paperwork from said offices the youtube channel integity legal has some good videos on it Tim Noton Today also talks about it I just think if you have to buy condo is the way to go all legal no problems by the way I really like you content keep up the good and thank you

Cool! Starting to get around to showing decent sized Villas at closer to Thai prices. Villa 1 a little small for me, I'd say maybe $250K USD value for me. Villa 2 is more like it but needs some expensive additions. Kitchen looks like cheap condo crap. Needs an Island. Outdoor needs electrical for big ceiling fan and "Beer Fridge" Didn't see that in the video. Probably add or extend roof to cover an area for barbie and fridge. "Patio Area" in front of entrance door, all wasted space from what it looks like. Might as well add a gate and make fenced in parking. Heck go ahead and make it covered. "Front Door" is a sliding patio door???? How cheesy is that! I'd offer $200K max.
