Holy moly! I used to live in one of the houses in this area 😆I love what they have done around Mabprachan Lake since I lived there. Today you can walk, run or use a bicycle all around the lake, without fearing a car would run you over. Great for exercise, this is truly a peaceful and awesome choice of place to live, close enough to Pattaya and Jomtien. Btw, there is another very popular Aussie restaurant not far away, called Outback sport bar and restaurant. Many Aussies there, great food. Thanks guys, you always deliver! Love all the other videos lately too, I just haven`t had time to comment on them 🤗🤗 Btw, that Lambo will probably be the only one I ever can afford 😂😂

Hi Sarlina, I am starting to really like the area around the lake and would be happy to have a small pool villa and will consider renting a villa when my lease is up in July, I'm hoping i could find a nice private 2/3 bed pool villa for a reasonable price. One of these days I will put my bike in the car and do a few laps around the lake but it would need to be early morning before it gets too hot. I have eaten at the Outback once and the food was good but was a bit surprised to learn its not owned by an Aussie, apparently it is owned by a South African but not that that matters, still has an Aussie feel. Haha that Lambo, good marketing and attention grabber that I am sure generates the car wash extra business. Thanks for watching and as always your comments and support are appreciated. @@goodvibespattaya Oh, I didn't know that. I was sure Outback was Aussie owned, with the menus, kangaroos and all that. And with all the Aussies there 😊 I'm glad you like it in the area. I do very much too. Yes, exercises have to be done early on, or in the evening. Too hot otherwise 😊 It's going well, but I'm more busy than I've ever been here. Interesting area Jason and very nice Villas. How expensive / cheap is it to have a pool regularly maintained in Pattaya ? All these pools everywhere and surely, most folks aren’t maintaining / becoming slaves to them themselves ? Maybe there’s a story there worth telling Jason.

G'day mate, that is a good question and I will find out what it would cost to have a pool cleaned weekly including chemical/salt. In terms of renting villas, pool maintenance is generally included in the rent and from memory I think around 500 baht per clean.
