All of the properties are beautiful, but the last one was a shocker for the price. Everybody can afford a Mercedes-Benz, when you are only paying $164/month for rent! I could care less about a Benz, but the property was beautiful and the price was unbelievable.

Awesome properties and value in my budget. The pools, gyms and common areas look well maintained and very private. I’m always surprised how few people are around using the facilities regularly in many of your videos. 6k a month to find your feet in a new area. That’s a cheap education.👍 Bang Saray looks like a place to enjoy at a slow pace, and develop new healthy habits and skills. Thanks for your continued videos. The lady who owned my old condo told me she was selling up so I got on Facebook that evening looked at bang saray, saw del mare checked out your KZbin video of the place went down the next day and it was basically what I was looking for a nice place with a good vibe. So your video certainly helped 👍🏼😎

That 1st condo is nice but its a bit of a "miss" with that humongous balcony and small living space inside. They totally screwed up the floor tile in second place, but it is definitely doable and probably the one I would take. The third is definitely a "try Thailand/Bang Saray out" spot. Don't think I could do more than 6 months there. Good video, Jason.

That really depends on how often you have the a/c but probably allow 1200 baht for electricity, 250 for water and say 500 baht for decent WiFi 😊

Very nice vid. Thank you! Do the Condo's in that area have other charges? Gas, sewer, water, garbage, cable, electricity? What about 'service fees'? I assume the owner is responsible for maintenance, but perhaps there are fees for the pool, parking, guard service, lights?
