Is 6mm² PV cable enough for HVM/HVS Battery and 8kVA Inverter? I am a bit concerned about this.

I have the SolarGo app and it does not refresh at all. It shows a one time power output snapshot and then it just sits there and doesn't update. I installed the other app to monitor my "power plant" and that one crashes every single time. I installed the smart meter bur technical support cannot provide me a users manual or an installation manual and the app does not show any additional information. The technical support people talked down to me like I'm a dummy and interrupted me numerous times.

What to do if I need to place the battery more far away then the cable can reach? Thanks

then you need to extend the network cable ,make sure the cable is long enough to connect the battery with inverter.

I would like to know why i have to cut off the rj45 connector and use the bms connector instead. In the byd battery manual there are two options. One with the rj45 plug connected to the can bus socket and the other option is the one you showed here. My problem is that i cant get the battery running. I always get a connection failed message when i add the HVS Battery in the app. Any ideas whats wrong? I would also like to know why there is no link for Firmware download on the Goodwe website....

How to connect two towers HVM 22.1 to the GoodWe 25K-ET? All manuals only contain connection diagrams for connection one battery or more batteries in a row (Master-Slave). But this inverter has two battery connections - we would like to use them...

@@dosso96 you have two options: a) using both BYD towers in a master-slave-configuration or b) using both BYD towers independently (both as a master). Power wiring (DC) and information wiring (RJ45 if I remember correctly) need to be consistent. In case a) both BYD towers need to have an RJ45 wiring and power wiring to each other (Master-Slave mode as described in the manual). In case b) power wiring goes directly to the inverters (twice), no information wiring (RJ) between both towers necessary (in fact it harms the setup). ... That's what I remeber, hope that helps. We figured that out ourselves, the support of goodwe unfortunately did not help us.

Yes, correct. Since the ET25 has 2 independent battery ports, you can connect a HVM tower to each port and run them with each power lines and communication cables independently. Greetings
