You can definitely brand your video ASMR. It's essentially the feeling of wellbeing that arises from hearing specific sounds - usually quiet gentle sounds (or it was originally) such as whispering, a fan, scratching. However, it seems to have expanded to any noise as long as people get the same feeling from it. I'm sure, for some, the background noise of being at the bins has the same effect. It actually can refer to any of the senses, not just hearing so someone watching you sort through the bins may also have that effect. Personally, I like watching people clean rugs or detail cars - I hate cleaning when I have to do it but, for some reason, watching others do it with the sound off relaxes me 😂

I drive to the next sale on same street. I did it that way before and I really have to now. My daughter has MS and she can't do alot especially when it's hot. We went today. She just couldn't stand outside in the heat very long.

Don’t know if someone answered your turkey question (14:27) but that Turkey guy is a bark box brand toy for dogs. It is usually stuffed with plush turkey legs and dogs dig them out. They do all kinds of fun doggie plush puzzles! Milk container, find the cookies, crayon box, find the crayons, Christmas tree, find the ornaments etc. My dogs love them!

I have been inspired by all of the small goods available at the bins. Now I've only been twice, it's roughly 40 minutes away and not open on weekends. I work 7:30-4:30 weekdays. Anyway, I picked up a ton of stuff and put out about 20% at my garage sale. Sold almost all of it. Small toys, drawer pulls, light switch covers, gift wrap, weird rubber dino masks, all kinds of stuff. $1.29/lb. I did a quick check on comps before pricing and held onto anything that looked like I could sell online. So I made back roughly half of what I spent selling 20% of the total items purchased. I priced most at a quarter and had some bagged lots. Yeehaw! Now to list the other 80%!

Your goodwill bins and the one where I am are vastly different experiences. I don't even go to mine anymore because it's shoulder to shoulder with people pushing their way through, rude af and will do things like throw the items where they are looking directly on top of where you are looking. It's actually like wild animals at a feeding trough, it's an embarrassment for society

I drive because I have to get places, lol. I am a country girl and like the back roads with land and cattle and corn fields. I get stressed in stop and go traffic. As for your bins videos, I like the voice overs because I like your explanations of what you buy or do not buy. I’ve been in 3 major accidents from Hello-Operator “none my fault” So I personally prefer the smaller roads where I’m not on a HWY.😢 I’m disabled from my 3rd the driver was “Texting n driving” and did me in and stole my loving life for me as a home health aide.
