You have a great Goodwill in your area. I usually checkout Goodwill's stuffs whenever I drop off my donations. I've never seen branded purses. I heard the employees either buys them or sell it to their friends

The Goodwill’s out in my area ( Southern California ) sell the higher end purses for what they are listed for on eBay. Can’t pick those up to resell, there’s no profit.
