Kim.... I LOVE spending time with you! You NEVER fail to make me smile after a tiring day at work! The Flexible Flyers are MEANT for snow, but believe me.... I'm from the Appalachian Mtns, they also FLY down a smooth grassy hill in the summertime! But....and I know from experience, be CERTAIN there are NO rocks in your path or you'll take a cartoon tumble down the hill... Charlie Brown style! Sled in the air one way, you in the air upsidedown another way, feet over head, arms akimbo! And the "Convection oven"? We call it a "roaster". THE BEST appliance EVER for a ham or Turkey and it frees up your oven! Thanks for putting the happy in our days! YOU are good for the soul! ☺️ Rose

I missed your video yesterday and now I know that God kept you until for today for a reason. My sister, who has congestive heart failure, went to the ER because she has been having a lot of trouble breathing and I was a blubbering mess. Sadly, I know that you know that fear all too well. @@thewadsquad Good luck! The reseller's grab them fast! And some (not all) Goodwill markets pull desirable items to sell on eBay. Ask at your favorite Goodwill (if you're friendly with any of the staff) if theirs is one. You might have better luck at a church thrift store. 🤞

Good morning Kim. I love spending time with you in the morning, sipping my coffee and getting ready for the day. So funny, I took my daughters shopping yesterday and my 11yr old found that very same little girl art piece you picked up and she said "If I could name this little girl her name would be Angel". I had to get it for the girls room. It had a larger frame and showed shoes and all. I paid almost $14 for it but I think it's worth it. When I showed my 15 yr old that you found the same painting she said "you've gotta comment and tell Kim. I think you've got some young fans here. I'm not a house slipper person but I lived in a pair I bought when I had my daughter because my feet were so swollen. I also used them at the hospital so I had something easy to put on. I just make my first sourdough loaf and I'm not much of a baker but it came out pretty good. Good luck with yours!

Oh my goodness!!! My parents had one of those wooden reindeer when I was a child. One Christmas Eve I slept walked out into the living room where my mom was wrapping presents and tripped over it. Because it was Christmas Eve my parents thought I was faking so I could peek at the gifts, but I didn’t wake up after the fall. I guess I was also talking in my sleep and told on myself (I had hit my brother that day). I don’t remember any of it.

We have one of those wood calendars! It was my grandmas which I still use. I always forget to change the month and days but still love looking at it. It’s so unique and everyone comments on it when they visit. Vintage stuff just has so much character! I think that’s why the goodwill videos are one of my favorites of yours! So many gems

I am so jealous of the wide selection at thrift stores in the US. Here in Canada, most clothes are really worn, have tears, or are cheap quality but still have a hefty price tag considering the condition. If I leave with one piece whenever I go, I feel lucky. Last time I went, I found a simple H&M top with a tear along the entire seam priced at 6.99. If a store has furniture (they usually don't), it's full of water stains or part of it is broken :(

Wow.. One great find after another🙂. f things are cheap eg the flamingo 2 piece.. Just cut some of the leg length off. I turn long jeans into shorts by cutting them and long pj's into short by cutting them.. Sometimes I sew a hem, but usually I just leave it.

I worked at Goody's for years before they closed down. They carried Alfred Dunner and Cathy Dennis and all those brands in the Misses section. All the sweet little white-haired ladies would come in and go straight for those sections. It made my day when I would get to help those women shop.
