Same here. My husband wants me to get rid of ALL of my stuff by April 2024. He’s retiring then and wants to be able to travel and doesn’t want me to be looking at my phone and worrying about getting home to ship something out. He always thought I was too stupid to do this reselling business anyway.

I got married in 2000 and Waterford came out with the Champagne toasting flutes in 1999 to celebrate the Millenium. They produced peace, love, health, happiness and prosperity. My mom and I were at an event where one of the Waterford artists was signing them at the Bon Marche. My parents purchased the Love set for my wedding. The marriage didn't last, but my Waterford did! Great find!

Well, for me, I’m over the spending a good potion of video time just watching you get your work at home done. What made you very “unique” and interesting to many of us is the fact we learned so much, going place to place listening to your thinking for purchases made. Also, a big stand out from other resellers on KZbin was, that your videos were substantially longer to watch. I feel like now it’s time mainly spent seeing your haul or time in your basement. I have it all memorized where you keep “hard goods”, why the coats are on the rounders and on and on. I really love you and have always truly loved your channel…I just wish you’d only “pull your inventory “ with us once a month. Thank you❤

I agree. I love your video’s but always skip the pulling of items and the haul parts. Not interested in that. But everyone is different. In my opinion the shopping is the best part, does not matter where you do it and with or without Roger. All good. 🤗

Those Waterford toasting flutes are gorgeous and could be advertised as "wedding" and "Bride and Groom". People will pay up for nice things for a wedding. You need to go get that toasty notes to put in his stocking for Christmas!! Can I tell you I hit the jackpot at my Goodwill yesterday. I got three vintage t-shirts for 2.99 each. One is worth anywhere from six to eight hundred, another John Lennon worth about 250 and a Gandhi also worth about 200. Then I found a gorgeous gown that retails for 4000 and I paid $12.99. two vintage faux furs for $20 each and I already sold one this morning for $150. And a cartload of other things. Had such a great day finally. Their prices are totally out of control on most things so I did get very lucky. But I was there the entire day..lol

Karen, have you and Roger ever considered having an electrician in to change the lighting in your basement to fluorescent lighting. My husband and I did that a few years ago in our barn to brighten up the dark corners and it made a huge difference. Like daylight in there now. You can get different colours and a type of diffuser now to make it easy on the eyes. I remember the invoice from the electrician wasn’t huge. You might like that change. ♥️

Ohhhhh, my LOVED this video on so many levels, the shopping trip, the shipping out orders always love watching what you are shipping out despite what a another person said, I love to see what you are shipping out and would be disappointed to see it go to only once a month, we learn so MUCH from the shipping out and the shopping of items and I gotta say HURRYYYY RUN back to that thriftstore where that toaster that shoots out paper is,(with all the JOY & DELIGHT and GIGGLES we all got watching Rodger enjoy that I KNOW that needs to go in his stocking at christmas for a stocking for a stocking stuffer,) that toaster was EVERYTHING!!! And in true Karen fashion 'Do we LOVE a good toaster that shoots out paper, and makes us all giggle and brings you both JOY and giggles, YESSSSS we do...'' its a great stocking stuffer, plus filming the look on his face Christmas morning would be EPIC...(and who knows, it would be a great honey do list paper or GREAT date night ideas each of yous could write out and then the other needs to SHOOT out the toast paper for that nights special date night, lol like I said that toaster is EVERYTHING brought you two both to much joy and giggles not to get it....Hope to see it again...Smiles...Thanks again for all the hard work you both do in helping educate us all,you all are doing AWESOME and a GREAT JOB and we all appreciate it more than words can tell, all of it is FUN to watch and learn from. Blessings From Canada

Love shopping with you Karen. Wish I was doing what you’re doing. Unfortunately I’m not living in an area of a very nice goodwill store, which is imperative! My nearby store I would consider a “junk” store. A lot of broken pieces (can’t believe they put that stuff out and dare to sell it) and items with missing pieces. I’ve mentioned this to the managers and they just say “Eh, people will buy anything” I give a confused look and I know I wouldn’t buy certain things even if just for myself let alone even try to resell it! Also there are no auction or antique stores or flea markets that I know of near me. If there were, it’d probably be selling nickel & dime junk only. Oh yes, and I happen to live in Pennsylvania also. Don’t even bother to come shop in Northeast Pa! ❤
