The gearbox's that are used on most of the 'modern classic' machines are 6 speed ultra slick units, they look like the original ones but inside are very different. Thanks for your comments.

As I'm watching the incredibly fast racing, I begin to imagine that when these bikes were raced for the first time they were not racing as hard and fast as you guys are today! I believe it's the tire technology that allows you guys to push these bikes so hard..!? Keep Up the Awesome Racing and Videos!!!

+BossaNossa1 This race is only by invitation. It is a great honour to be asked to race at the Goodwood Revival. There are many people who would like to go as it is a very prestigious event, but first the owners of the bikes are invited, and then they invite the riders to race their machines.

Not a nice ending but you were riding really fast, although the engine wasn't as good as some other bikes.

You know I really like the layout of this track... However, that stink'in chicane is a huge sore!!!

+BossaNossa1 It is very special place, the race track is on a private estate of Goodwood House.

+BossaNossa1 I was ok, and the bike was not too bad, until it was hit by the rider behind. He crashed and broke his hand, and broke the headstock on the bike. The mechanics took the engine from this bike, and put in the chassis of the spare bike which had seized in qualifying - so we won the next race from a bike made from two!
