what are the limitations of snow pushers on a tractor this size in relation to the strength of the loader arms? i see them all the time on the loader arms. the local metal pless dealer said between his 2 options, he's rather see it mounted on a front 3 point vs loader arms. have you heard any actual damage happening to the loader arms?

Good question, one I'm asked often. I do find it interesting when these salesmen bring up this point. I've asked a few of them myself why OEM's (John Deere, Kubota) offer loader mounted attachments such as grapples, forks, buckets, plows, and pushers if it is a high likelihood of damage to their own equipment. Why would John Deere or Kubota manufacture and promote products to fit their own equipment if it was setting it up for failure, warranty claims, customer dissatisfaction, and just a general headache? A bucket can just as easily be tweaked, torqued, and disproportionally loaded the same as a pusher or any other loader attachment. Needless to say, the conversation is quickly over. Tractors aren't designed to be cream puffs and only tackle the easy jobs. Of course, any operator can damage any piece of equipment, but common sense and practical use goes a long way to avoiding unnecessary and even incidental damage. Engineers field test this equipment and build upon both failures and successes of previous generations. Yes, I've seen just about every type of damage occur under the sun, so I've seen damage happen from pushers, plows, buckets, no ballast weight, 3 point backhoes, belly mowers, axle failures, shaft failures, ROPS failures, etc. Great question and the short answer is "anything can happen, but common sense goes a long way to preventing most things". I just felt like providing a long winded answer as it's an interesting, and I feel, inaccurate statement that has circled around the tractor world forever.

That rocker pedal is one of the worst things about a kubota. They put it on pretty much everything. Tried a Kubota riding mower and instantly hated it. Does that have a down pressure kit on it - the cylinders in the rear?

If you're looking at us l6060 don't get it spend the extra money and get an MX 5200!
