The only thing that people should know, is that Eric starts this from "Expert Mode" in your google ads account. If you don't have a Google Ad account set up yet, you have to go through the process of setting up an ad that they walk you through in "Smart" mode (or something like that) and get the ad complete and then immediately pause it! But this will now give you an account and you can switch to Expert mode and then be able to follow all of Eric's steps.

Yes, this is tricky when first setting up your ads account for sure! I've told my clients the same thing, it's a hilarious hoop to jump through!

Hi Eric, great tutorial! The only part I’m having problem with is the very beginning when I click start now it asked me to choose which Google account and there is not an option to choose new account. The only options I see is use another account or remove an account could you please advise? Otherwise it has me use my Google account for my business and walk-through setting up a campaign. I've been doing Real Geeks for years with them managing the PPC. It worked great for me for a long time, but things changed last year. To be fair, I wasn't doing the follow up like many suggested. I decided to start managing my own leads to see if I can pull it off. If not, I will get someone else to do it. Can you please send me the guide and the cheat sheet? I loved the above tutorial. This was a very intuitive walkthrough. Can this same strategy work with KZbin ads? I have a fairly large campaign created for this purpose, but I am getting stuck on the audience targeting piece (I am trying my best to avoid wasting money on serving ads to people who don't care - what Google wants). When you say select the 'For Sale' in market audiences and in addition add keyword targeting later, does that mean Google ANDs those items together, or they use and OR? If I book a call through your Agent Launch website, is the introductory call no strings attached or do I have to sign up/pay for something?

This was an awesome and very helpful video! Eric, I have a question for you though: I use FUB and was told to use LOFTY because we get a discount through my brokerage. The two other websites you suggested are very expensive due to them wanting to also sell you on their CRM package. I already have FUB and don't want to pay for another CRM. Not everyone gets that option, usually the accoutn needs to be open for a few months to get it, so if its there add one - usually a photo of a relevant property works best!

What are your recommendations for agents sending leads to a non idx site? Just a landing page? Something else?

We've been doing more landing pages lately and it's working really well. We're pushing a lot of our clients in that direction becuase of the results we're seeing. That being said we have some really dialed in landing pages we build custom for clients for one specific property type funnel and are currently testing other property types.

Yea, but we find we generate more good sellers focusing on what people are looking at. First step a seller usually takes is to see if there's something better on the market - better to caputre them then in our experience.

As someone who is just started making my first Google Ad it actually forces me right into making an ad when I click the "start now" button, I am not able to follow the tutorial and see the manager tab is there a work around to go past the first ad creation?

There's no switch to expert mode or anything? If not just make an ad really quickly, then you can pause / delete it after.
