One doubt, why to create this complex thing for form tracking. Directly we can track form filled audiences. Why to send values in the GTM

Hello, hope you are doing well. Your videos are great help for me in understanding complex Tag and Conversion issues but I am facing a problem in Tawk.to conversion. 1st problem is if I use chat started conversion API Tawk_API = Tawk_API || {}; Tawk_API.onChatStarted = function(){ dataLayer.push({'event':'chat_started'}); }; . It records a conversion even if I send a message to the customer from my end. But if you use this API Tawk_API.onChatStarted = function(){ if(Tawk_API.isVisitorEngaged()){ window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || []; window.dataLayer.push({'event': 'Chat Started'}); } }; This way it records a conversion when the customer initiates the chat but conversion stops working if I send a message to the customer before he initiates the chat. The other thing is that if I try to work around by recording a conversion by Chat Maximized API Tawk_API = Tawk_API || {}; Tawk_API.onChatMaximized = function(){ dataLayer.push({'event':'chat_Maximized'}); }; . It works only on Desktop but won't record a conversion from Mobile (you have to check it from real mobile not debugging mobile mode from desktop) On Mobile when i click on Tawk Chat it changes URL to "/#max-widget" without any redirect. Can you please help me out to figure out how to tackle this problem. Best Regards
