With the App promotion campaign how do you know Google isn't just running ads in the GooglePlay store on your branded name and selling those clicks back to you? You cannot negative keyword match against your own brand name and there is nowhere to see where your App Installs are coming from - are they coming from ads on KZbin, GDN, search etc.?

Is there any chance to manage networks in app campaign? Is it possible to cancel the 'display network' from app campaign? Thank you!

Thanks for this video, John. Could you tell me please, what benefits additional conversions actions like opening app, register, take free offer, purchase, can give us. Campaign automatically optimizes for the people with the deepest action's engagement or this conversion action just for us to see in all conversions and then balancing our tCPA? If yes , how we can optimize for future, knowing for example that only 10% of all people who opened app , register for free offer. I hope it makes sense :)

It's always super dependent on how your app functions and what actions are most important to you for users to be taking inside of the app. For the most part, the additional conversions you mentioned are helpful in letting you see how users are interacting so you can better adjust you tCPA like you mentioned. But they are still valuable information to be able to use in both your bidding as well as your ad creation.
