Great video! How hard is it for the Devs to put in the SDK? Because I can't have it right now, but will in the future. Imagine that this month I run a campaign for installs without having the SDK on the app and get 500 installs. If on the next month I put in the SDK on the app and start running an app engagement campaigns, would if run for these previous 500 users?

I have never Installed the SDK myself. But from my experience whenever I asked a Dev to install the SDK, it is a quick turn around time and a fairly easy task.

Yes, unfortunately it is not possible to add keywords. Google has gotten rid of this feature and for apps it is now automated.
