Glad you are finally doing this. In the future will you allow integration with Zoom, or other web-conferencing services? Also, It would be super nice if you could allow individuals to select how they would like to meet when scheduling the appointment. For instance, I could say that I can meet via Google Meet, or Zoom or a Phone Call, and then when someone is scheduling with me they could choose which they want to use, and either the link would be automatically created for the meeting, or they would be prompted to enter relevant information, such as their phone number.

Don't know what the max. length of an event is. But I believe that 2 weeks shouldn't e a problem.

Great video. Thanks for doing this. I have a question: When my clients book an appointment, it is immediately confirmed. Is there a way to configure the appointment to say "pending confirmation"? This will allow me to go into the schedule, confirm the appointment, or reject the appointment?

Google Calendar does not offer that option. The booking is automatically accepted by your calendar.

It should be for both since it's a normal calendar event in each persons calendar.

It is so much better than the previous functionnality. Nevertheless, we cannot automatically add a user to join the booked appointment ! So sad... it was possible on the previous version.

The previous feature was meant to be used within an organization, this one is meant for people outside of the organization. Maybe that's the reason they behave differently. But let's see, maybe Google will add further options to this new functionality in the future.

I don't think so. Unless, you give someone else full accessing rights to your calendar. But that is something I wouldn't suggest doing.

How to change the calendar of appointment schedule I created from one calander to another calendar. For example from personal calander to work calander. I can only create appointments from my 1st(top) calander but not others.

I'm guessing you have a free Google account. Appointment Schedules is only available for paid Google Workspace accounts.

How would I do if I book an appointment and I want to add for example 3 more people to the same appointment? but those 3 invited people also have their own appointment schedules, automatically the slot will be blocked?

Currently, appointment scheduling is on a 1-to-1 basis and not for multiple people.

You could use Apps Script to write an automation. But otherwise there is no automated way of adding the events to Google Sheets.
