Thanks for a helpful video! In settings I can't find the "Create appointment schedules...". "Keyboard shortcuts" is the very last setting in the general area in settings for me. Does one need a subscription in order to have schedule and slots available, or where to find it? Edit: I logged on into a Google Workspace account, but still I cannot see the "Create appointment schedules...". The only option I have is the Appointment slots when creating a new event in the calendar.

Say I have a Drs. appointment during my office hours (booking hours). Is there a way to prevent that time from showing on my booking calendar? I can't seem to find that option.

@Angela Valentine Edit the appointment schedule and in the ADJUSTED AVAILABILITY area, pick the date and time slot you need to modify based on your personal calendar appointment. Simply adjust the schedule so things don't overlap. See screenshot. ibb.co/NCvXQ74

Hi Tom. Thanks for your informative video. Very helpful but I have one - difficult - question... I want to book slots for up to 6 people at a time, however, they may be from different groups or families. I'd like to get the maximum amount of people per slot. Do you know if I can keep a slot open until it's maxed out? ie a family of 4 and a couple of other individual people.

Great question. The ability to do what you are asking is not currently an option in Google Calendar. Let's hope we see this or something similar in the near future!

Hi Tom! Is it possible to "hide" the appointment schedule time slots in your google calendar? I don't want to see info unless someone actually books a real appointment because it clutters up the view. As in, I want to see an actual appointment, but I don't want to see all the slots I made available for someone to book. Does that make sense?

Good question Lacy! I understand the problem. At this time, there isn't a way to "hide" the empty slots on your calendar. I hope that future updates to Google Calendar include the ability to only see the "Booked" time slots.

Great video! I am integrating my appointment schedule into Hubspot via Zapier. The trigger is when 'a new event is created', and the action is it will 'creates or updates a contact in Hubspot'. However, whenever anyone within my organisation sends me a google meet invitation it creates them as a contact in Hubspot. I have tried to add a second calendar, so that it will only trigger when an event is created in this calendar but I can't seem to create the appointment schedule only in the new calendar. It seems I can only create a schedule in my main calendar which is a problem as any event created will create a Hubspot contact. Do you know how I can get around this?

It's a very good addon by google to replace calendly and alternatives, but the challenging part is the link. the generated calendar link is not friendly and must be customizable.
