Hello, I have a Google form integrated with Google sheet and from that database on event action basis the data data is triggered via pabbly connect. My concern is I don't want duplicate mobile number entry so that double data is triggered.

how can I make a dyanmic google forms where I ask a mutliple choice question then pump out another step in order collect more data. for example, I want to quote someone for insurance: I ask them requried gernal information Qs, but then want to know how many dependents they have. I ask how many depednest sin a multiple choice format with the answers of say 1,2,3,4,5, 5+. based on the answer, I want google forms(or another forms service) pump out sections for however many dependents I have and make an individual section for each one. LMK how I can do this please
