This is one of the most useful video I've seen on this argument. And yet it shares some of the bad with all the others. First 5 minutes: useless "why it's important to develop for accessibility" stuff. It's useless because If you are watching this you already know that and want to know how to actually do it. All videos of this kind waste so much time on that, it's so annoying. They could have use that time to show and explain how Braille works instead. Or how to actually implement the features they shown. Even this video, which contains a lot more technical information then usually, fails to explain how to handle stuff when just setting content description or few other setting is not enough. Like, for example, how to define UI elements order across different layouts and across fragments. This video shows how to do many stuff. It's better then many. But it still scratch only the surface. And this sucks because what is really needed are advanced guides to cover the issues that are not easily covered by the framework.
