Do you prefer maximize clicks to start over enhanced manual cpc? I always understood that maximize clicks restricted your ads to lower ad placement with lower click cost to avoid high cost clicks in order to maximize total clicks. The problem is the intent difference between the top of page clicks and lower page clicks. Correct me if I'm wrong.
