Is there a formula that picks out a certain before or after date from a sheet? For instance, if I need to know which cookies were baked within the last 3 months or later, and the bake date is in the sheet, can Sheets pull out the data, and highlight cells to differentiate them?

You have an abundance of knowledge with google sheets! Is there a way to show your total profit yesterday compared to total profit today? (gain/loss for the day) ie...If the sum of profits column was 100,000 yesterday but today the sum of profits only equals 98000 how can I make a cell show a negative 2000 change since yesterday? Kevin, Thank you for this video, This is a big help, but I need a formula for calculating cost of rebar based on the size of the rebar but I am not sure how to write it. Right now I have a simple formula that calculates finds the tonnage of rebar based on the linear footage multiplied by the weight of the bar per linear foot. Ex. #5 rebar weights 1.043lbs per lft., #4 is .668lbs per lft, etc. but to use this I have to change the formula every time based on the size of rebar itself. Is there a formula that can help me out here?

hey i have a serious and important question about a project I'm working on... long story short , I have a checklist of materials that have at least 3 separate columns of different information.. what i need is to be able to move any checked items too a different area or a new page entirely.. so basically if something is checked off i need that item along with the 3 columns of info it comes with, to be projected somewhere else in a "owned" category
