For new GSuite accounts, replace MailApp.sendEmail() with GmailApp.sendEmail() until an update from Google. This is some weird configuration by Google that's causing all the mails sent from new GSuite accounts using MailApp to be bounced back (except for the mail sent to yourself, which usually ends up in spam).

I had the same problem and replaced MailApp -> GmailApp and it works fine. However you have to run the function so you can reauthorized the permissions.

There is no way to directly connect the code to the spreadsheet? So that in this way I only have to write that I want to send the mail on the sheet and it is sent directly. Instead of going to the script and activating the code.
