Google & Apple are both great companies delivering the consumer with high end tech. I've switched from iOS to Android again last year. Considering to buy an iPhone again. Not to replace my Android but for some other reasons. Apple products like mac books and the fully fledged computers are great for music production. The same goes for the iPad and even the iPhone. Very low latency, very efficient, more DAW apps for the iPad and iPhone in comparison to Android. Must say that Apple lost some magic since Steve Jobs past away. He made Apple great and big. If he didn't returned in the 90s to Apple, they would be bankrupt.

I think that both companies have a specialty. Google is very good when it comes to having an online presence, meaning that they focus a lot on their search engine and establishing an online presence. Apple is more focused on design and innovation on their hardware which is why so many people dismiss Google. I think that they both are valuable companies and one cannot survive without the other.

Apple products are expensive. That's why they are richer. And they store money offshore. Don't pay the tax they are supposed to. Google has relatively cheap products. They just started their smartphone brand. Plus Apple revolutionized by launching the iPhone. The first smartphone. Google launching the first mass used browser. No sht everyone uses it. Safari is only on Apple devices. U can use Google on a 100 dollar Toshiba. Not safari. Google is more important to humanity due to it's innovations. But iOS is only available for iPhones cause apples designs it. So obviously it has a less market share than android. I like iOS for the simplicity and fluidity. But I use Android due to customizations and other stuff u can't do on iOS. Overall Google better for humanity. Apple for non broke people who like simplicity.

They're not ruling the world. Europe, North America etc. Uses iPhone so if iPhone will ban Google, Google will disappear in NA and Europe and Some part of Asia like Japan, China. Note that apple active devices currently *1B* and increasing.
