@@pamtarlow what do you mean by “handles” your emails? How they are routed through the whole workspace system and domain? Basically, yes. Or how they are sorted and filtered in your Inbox? No. What do you want them to do?

Hi, I recently got Google and I don’t understand really what the difference is from Google workspace business standard to Google workspace business plus. I am one person in my own business and currently I am on the Google workspace business plus feel that I may be better off on Google business standard. Could you help me understand?

Hello! You almost definitely can downgrade your subscription in the Admin Panel to Google Business Standard or Starter, especially if it is just you. I have a video that compares those, so maybe you can check that out.
