My advice is to look up their highest rank decision makers of GOOGLE corporation. write them all a personal note and have them delivered to main headquarters addressed to all of them. Enclose the personal letters with your inquiry/issue/request . Cc a copy to their attys and yours. You'll hear from someone eventually. 😂
