This is honestly one of the best SFM animations I’ve ever seen. The first time I saw this music video (the actual one) was during an excursion into early 2000s Adult Swim late-night programming, a consequence of the celebration-of-animation mantra that that program had made, and thankfully continues to make, it's calling card. It can be easy to forget, nowadays, with the explosion of burgeoning animators inherent during that magical time, as well as those that have persisted past it, that truly quality animations weren't always a dime a dozen outside of the maybe annual products of professional studios.
