Because sincere effort is what made this shitpost into true art, I felt sincere warmth at Coach sharing with Nick at the end. Nick seemed frustrated and angry at his lack of sensory enjoyment (one might say he couldn't even smell his own knees), and Coach readily handed over some delicious food when Nick indicated he was just confused and hungry ("hey, you, what do you see?" read to me like Nick genuinely didn't know why Coach was enjoying the plate of ribs so much). The broomstick in the boat even feels like a red herring for Coach to fight Nick off, but... nope. Sharing food with someone is what resolves the tension. Love it.

It kinda says something about Coach's character that, even after both options were considered (he definitely glanced over at the broomstick as he looked to his ribs,) he still opted for the non-violent of the two. This is an absolute masterclass of something so perfect; yet so silly- in the absolute best way possible. I have watched this more than I am willing to admit.

Gorgeously done, fantastic animation and non-nonsensical story, lol! 💖

I've been unironically listening to this once a day since it came up in my feed. Such a banger.

2:25 I showed my older sister this frame and asked her what emotion it makes her feel, and without missing a beat, she said “A feeling of longing”

_I must be laced out of my fucking mind, cause I could say that’s Numberer1._ Also yes it is quite phenomenal! The music, the video, everything. I came looking for iron and left with platinum. In particular the sense of polyphony is ecstatic.
