I work for the yard yall got that gtr from and block on the windshield means since it was missing a wheel a wood block needs to be put under it so it’s easier for the loader to get underneath it and so the suspension doesn’t stay on the ground just to let you know

Dang dudes, you really should shop around for parts like that. The factory brembo pads front and rear are online for $160. Or you can upgrade to a ceramic pad or high performance track pads still under $300.

What old mate at the dealer hinted at, but didn't say, is that regular customers will use aftermarket parts. Only body shops will.use genuine, and insurance pays. So dealers can mark up genuine parts 1000% and sell the cars a little cheaper to remain competitive in the market.

If you really want to do a build at home occasionally get you a power post and install some tie down cups in floor! I’ve used one For thirty years and still love it fast , efficient and really reasonable cost. Love to see you continue these kind of builds !
