Don't forget to replace the driveshaft couplers ! These are made of rubber and they need replacement from time to time and once its worn the driveshaft vibrates. Don't forget to change them since the torque tube is off the car.

Believe the LS9 is a LS3 with a blower and forgerd internals, the ls3 has lower compression so it’s easier for boost. That’s why the LS7 wasn’t used

No. Block and all internals are different as well as the heads. Also lower boost is not needed for todays tuning and e85. Plenty of people boost LS7s.

sorry for all the comments, but im just too excited to see a c6 in the shop. but as for colors id say a nice blue. the zr1 was originally called the "Blue Devil" which was Jetstream Blue (color of my GrandSport) but there are some more rare blues that look great like Supersonic Blue and Carlisle Blue

Theres nothing wrong with the clutch. They only come with about 6mm of material. It's a puck clutch not a road clutch. They have no idea what they're doing.

Great job as always Goonz - May I suggest that you paint the ZR1 "Carlisle Blue" (color option GLF). Its a very rare color and represents the largest Corvette event Corvettes at Carlisle. I owned a Grand Sport C6 in Carlisle Blue and it would turn heads where ever we went with it. I can provide pictures and details about the color if you need it.

Legit a 66 mustang handles better than an early Turd gen camaro

I have no idea how they’re gonna find a ZR1 tub. It’s completely different than the 06 and earlier models. They changed all their tooling over to build the ZR1 chassis to make it more rigid and stronger to handle all the power. It was the only way they could manufacture and sell a 200mph production vehicle.

im sure you guys have done some research, but the zr1 and z06 frames were aluminium and the engine cradle is magnesium. on the base and grand sport the frames are steel with aluminum cradles
