Then the dad flies in through the window wearing a super suit and lands next to his wife. Then he places his brief case on the kitchen table and kisses her. Dad: Well Skipper I guess it's time for me to finally start training you. Nice job beating the mutant by the way. Sorry I was so against it earlier. I just didn't want you to start crime fighting too early. Skipper: Thanks dad. But I think I can manage now. Then Skipper and his dad embrace each other with a hug. Then his mom joins in only now she's wearing a blue unitard with a black mask and a red cape. Mom: Guess we need a new sliding pole for our secret lair. Family:(Happy Laughter)

@@Daavhimself From what I recall, the book ending has Skipper cutting some cake for himself and his sister Mitzi and accidentally cutting his hand on the knife. Skipper bleeds ink instead of blood (meaning he is still a comic book character), and he asks Mitzi to give him the new comic book that just arrived, implying that his comic book adventures aren't over yet. All in all I would say it was a neutral ending at worst, because Skipper doesn't seem too fazed by his new condition.
