That's rice water called as Pakhala in Odisha...it's the absolute comfort food of Odisha. It instantly hydrates the body. So in summer people eat it almost everyday. You can also add mint leaves in this.

For a fact that northeast Indians have more spice tolerance than other Indians bcz we eat raw bhoot jolokiya too which is like one of the hottest chillies in the world! Gopu dear do you know we vegetarians don't have any big choice for B12 other than paneer. But the soaked fermentation of cooked rice infuse a load of vitamin B12 B6 etc. It is thoroughly tasty with tapioca made in the potato way. If you like or want you can add grounded coconut with some jeera and green chilli while grinding. There is a different very very spicy chilli which you get in Kerala, very small in size, kaanthari mulaku instead of green chilli you can add this to enhance the taste. You are super excited and very happy while you cook. But not Jaanu. You love cooking

U can add mustard, curry leaves tampering to the rice water instead of raw oil..can add crushed mint leaves and crushed/grated mango ginger if u have.. tastes much better

Aap dahi toast se bhi ache ek aur hote suji toast pls try taste like pizza Recipe take dahi and add suji add mustard seeds and rest for 20 mins after this add veggies of your choice then spread on bread and toast it sprinkle oregano and enjoy and pls add spices accordingly with aunty and janny di❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
