Goped Fuel line INSTALL how to GAS lines

Had requests for more Go Ped videos. Here is another.
Installing fuel lines in a goped gas tank. Comment your ways of installing them.

Blue line the one with the filter attachment... also you can buy an external filter on Dave’s discount motors it collects everything before entering your carburetor diagram filter

Whats the fitting on the yellow line? Anything else i can use?

One line uses the fuel filter the other is a small double sided nipple, similar to the fuel filter. Silicone will eventually fail, I tried, I would say anything about the same size and is hollow. But the piece is cheap on ddmracing.com

Where does the yellow hose go? I see blue goes to upper carb.

Color doesn't matter BUT I do the supply line in the upper hole of the tank (fits the filter better) and the primes in the lower hole. On the carb the supply goes to the barbed fitting and the pump line goes to the smooth (with nipple) line on the carb.

@@Grantalonus I have done it both ways, the filter is on an angle in that hole. Should be fine, just make sure those fittings are right at that edge so it won't leak.

I only buy genuine goped fuel lines. DDM has them. Not sure of the exact size. Hardware stores lines are not the right size.

Spray carb cleaner on tip then slip it in

I guess you could, not needed in my opinion. I have done many since this video.
