GoPro 10 Max Lens Mod Comparison on Motorcycle

I just mashed up bunch cuts to compare the Max Lens Mod versus the original lens of the GoPro 10.
You decide which looks better in terms of field of view and horizon lock.

I like the mod on the straight and stock on the corners as you lean into them.

I prefer the Max Lens, however, the biggest con seems to be it's invulnerability to chips from small gravels. Mine got a chip in the lens and it's apparent in the video now :( I'm currently back to the original stock lens at the moment.

@@SinghCapital yeah, i noticed that too in post production. the footage seemed a bit dulled out. currently, i'm running the stock lens + nd filter and ive been enjoying the motion blur (in recent motorcycle videos)

how 4k on max lens when only can 2.7k???
