GoPro: Cirrus SR20

I did an introductory flight in a Cirrus SR20, N259SR operated by Mach 1 Aviation out of Van Nuys Airport (KVNY), CA. I was a little apprehensive as I have never flown a side sick before, turns out it was second nature. The instructor allowed me to do everything, including two unassisted landings. I have to say, the transition was very smooth and rewarding. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of power this airplane has, 200hp. Having flown 235hp Piper's I was worried about it being too little. This airplane has some get up and go! Climbing at over 1500 feet per minute and 130 knots at a low cruise was the norm. The handling of the aircraft is impeccable. Airplane rolls into turn very smooth but has trouble keeping the nose up at increased bank angles.
