Yah idk about GoPro as a company they put way more into the Hero 9 adds and changed more on the hero 9 but when the 10 came out it did not seem as special for some reason

Does it really do anything that my iPhone 12 promax doesn’t do? I just feel like they are trying hard to be a viable company, but if your smart phone can accomplish the same tasks, then really what’s the point in investing in a go pro along with all of the accessories and the service and what not. I’d love to hear your opinions.

Yes, it does. It is intended for different type of use, it provides better image quality and generally different set of creative options. They are not close competitors.

Nice preview. I'm only interested in seeing the new DJI Osmo Action if and when they release it. I have seen the leaked photos. But I can't trust those. If it's half as good as the original was at the time Go Pro will be in big trouble. Although the blind brand faithful will never switch. I'm very happy with my Osmo. So if DJI make a balls of the updated version I will just stick with it.

Fake DJI Action 2 rumors have been out for about two years... Osmo Action is not selling very well, they had to put a big discount on it, so my hopes for Action 2 are very low. The original OA has some significant issues, so DJI would have to do much better than that.

@@TheHybridShooter Most people seemed to love it. The firmware updates solved some initial issues. They don't just copy. They innovate. They were the first to use a front screen. They also still support this camera with updates. Anyway we shall see. I am happy with mine if they leave the action cam market it will keep me happy for a while yet.

RockSteady screen lag was, and unfortunately still is, a huge issues and a deal-breaker for many. It is difficult to innovate when it comes to action cameras, the whole ultra-wide fixed-focus lens concept is very limiting. Only Insta360 was able to (mostly) get around that.
