As you’ve pointed out in your video, HyperSmooth 4.0 on HERO10 Black works incredibly well with larger movements and shifts, but the smaller hand-held movements appear to have some shake still. This is a known bug that the GoPro team has identified and we’re engineering a fix to be rolled out in the post-launch HERO10 Black firmware update on November 16. Thank you for being one of the many creators that keep us striving to make HERO10 the best camera out there! The fix is on its way. Looking forward to seeing if you notice the improvement with the firmware update. - Team GoPro

@@RelaxingWalks nothing wrong with those pans. has any of your viewers complained about pan? likely not. you're over worrying about nothing really. the camera is using digital stabilization so as you move the camera it tries to maintain the frame and that includes panning. gopro has the best electronic stabilization in any camera so its going to the extreme to maintain the frame. sure they can improve it just like every tech product, but its not an issue you should complain 100 times. also if you dont want over heating dont keep the camera on a static table whilst recording at the highest resolution and frame rates. im into mirrorless cameras and most of them overheat in just 4k 30. action cameras are small and meant to be recording in action, where theres airflow. not on table at high resolution.

@prabhakarrao49223 жыл бұрын
Thanks I’ve done these comparisons myself a bit earlier and found the following: 1. The video on the GoPro 10 is way over sharpened and causes artifacts on tree leaves, bushes if there is any panning (and I notice these in your clips as well). 2. The dynamic range on iPhone 12 is simply amazing. 3. Under low-light (including dusk) the GoPro 10 is worse than useless & the iPhone is pretty good. 4. The iPhone 12 without a case & grip is quite hard to manage for video work if walking or running. The one thing I can say for sure is the videos put out by GoPro promoters and marketing is simply BS!

Intresting review again! They must be able to fix the low-pace stabilzation in the Gopro, otherwise it´s not good for Gopro as they want to get more vloggers as customers. The answer to the action cam for a low-light environment is Insta360 One R 1 inch. I've used all 8 and 9 GoPro. GoPro breaks Hypersmooth if you go from bright to a little dark. As the name suggests, it can be used for special purposes among professional users. This is an interesting comparison, but I would be also be interested in seeing a comparison that addresses other considerations that might lead you to choose one or the other of these cameras for video and photography. Those other considerations may be more important. I doubt that image quality, image stabilization, etc. are the primary reasons people have when choosing to use either a GoPro Hero 10 or an Iphone 12. GoPro is better for action camera uses - it has better slow mo at 4K120p and 2.7K 240p, it has better stabilization (horizon lock is really useful), it is more durable/waterproof, it is wearable/hands free... and it's cheaper (losing you GoPro while sailing is a lot less disastrous than losing your iPhone). If you don't need any of those features... then iPhone quality and convenience are far more versatile.

right phones are going to win for most folks, but action camera is for action. so its not really comparable. if youre riding a bike, scooter, etc you would need an action camera. easy to use, strap, mount, and put away. i actually use my action camera for vlog videos more than my phone, because the action camera is smaller and easier to hold. in my opinion anyone who already has a phone dont need to buy another phone, just get an action camera and you have new possibilities. moving from phone to another phone, is like moving from bicycle to another bicycle, theyre both similar, but having a phone and an action camera is like having a bicycle and a car, different use case and more new opportunities.
