Hey, would you happen to know why when i record in 5.3k and download it from my gopro 11 to the quik app / save to phone the footage becomes rather laggy, stuttery and jumpy. It does it for abit then goes back to nice and smooth then does it again ect. I have a Samsung s20 which I thought would be okay with the playback in 5.3k seen as the phone can record in 8k. If you could give me any tips and setting changes I would really appreciate it. Cheers 😊

Can anyone help me. I accidentally made videos at 5k. The quality is too high for me to even view on my pixel 5 and too large for me to download onto my phone. Is there ANY way for me to lower the quality to 1080???I've been trying to find a way for a week with no luck or help from anywhere in the web.
