GoPro Hero 12 sank my fpv drone

The other day I purchased myself a shiny new (and very heavy) GoPro Hero 12 Black camera. Before this, I've been flying with lighter action cameras such as the DJI Action 2, GoPro Hero 10 Bones, and the Hero 11 Mini. In this video you'll see quite clearly that the weight of the Hero 12 Black proved to be a bit much for the FPV drone that I strapped it to.

fortunately all that broke was a single prop. Easy fix

Glad you weren't over concrete haha. You powering this off the quad battery or is this with the GoPro battery and all? I have to assume this is either a 2.5" or 3.5". I recently got my first decased GoPro and man I love that I can carry that thing on 2.5" props

It was full hero 12 with Enduro battery. Drone was geprc cinelog 35. It can carry it, but I can definitely feel the weight. Here I just misjudged how much throttle to use and didn't use enough.. 😑
