Thank you for the tips! One tip from me: get yourself a wind slayer foam windshield from eBay for $2.30, it's fantastic. I have downhill skiing footage with no wind noise at all and those movements you advised to avoid won't matter at all.

I use a special grip for gopro and mic. I use the Rode Mic. Audio from gopro 7 is still bad like 5 and 6. Só with rode is much batter. Lg

I have never seen them so I can't help you with the settings there.. But if I were you I would try out the best settings to film the stars and try then those settings out once you see the northern lights 🙂

Hey Jan. why the video quality is blurr/not smoothly at the begging? I had the same issue in go pro 8. Sometimes the video is smooth and then few second is blurring and it back to smooth. Any tips to avoid that?

That's youtube, on my computer everything looks fine :) If you get blurry videos check your shutter speed :)

I have never used Filmora so I can't help you here. But if I film in 4k in my editing program it is also really slow :)

The lags have nothing to do with the settings, it has to do with your computer. If you export your videos they won't lag. So choose what ever settings you like the most - these are the best settings for you
